young people
Following on from the extensive early work for young people by the Refleks group, which included playschemes and building touring inflatable structures, '33' eventually became home to SNAP (Social Needs Awareness Project) - a photography and arts-based scheme working with young people with drug and alcohol issues.
The project (devised by Sue Smith, Hugh Byrne, and Linda Farrell) went on to gain enormous success, and its work achieved many life-changing outcomes for those involved. SNAP worked successfully alongside many other local initiatives via signposting vulnerable young people to seek aid through the correct agencies.
